  CW2011 Venue and Accommodation  
 CW 2011 will take place at the Banff Centre (Banff, AB), from Tuesday Oct 4th to Thursday Oct 6th 2011, at the Donald Cameron Hall. Special accommodation and transportation rates have been negotiated exclusively for CW2011 delegates. For details, see below.

Banff Center is the Winner of Alberta Accommodation Awards and the host of Heads of G8 Research Councils 2005. Accommodation includes single and double chalet-style rooms, extensive sports facilities with Olympic size pool, sauna and gym, outstanding dining and catering facilities overlooking Canadian Rockies, art exhibition facilities and performance arts center with concerts, shows and lectures scheduled throughout the year:

Package rates include: accommodation, Vistas Breakfast daily, parking and access to the Sally Borden Recreation Facility.

Food and Beverage service charges are $7.00 extra per delegate. Prices exclusive of all taxes and fees, and are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Reservations received after August 15, 2011 will be accepted based on availability.

Note that Special Rate for CW11 Delegates was negotiated with Banff Airporter and is available for travel between Calgary International Airport and Banff during conference week. CW11 delegates receive 10% of regular rates. Multiple transfers run between the Calgary Airport and the Banff Centre and cost $47.70 one-way / $95.40 return plus GST.

The Calgary International Airport and Banff route has 12 departures daily in each direction, with wait times at the airport are minimal. Book your shuttle via www.banffairporter.com/conferences-cyberworlds/ and receive a 10% discount on travel for CW11 delegates.
